Carly Moulton
Registered Psychotherapist - Qualifying

From a young age, my heart was drawn to the joy of helping others navigate the complexities of life. Whether it was lending a listening ear to a friend in need or offering a helping hand to a family member facing challenges, I found fulfilment in making a positive impact on the lives of those around me.

As I grew older, my innate desire to understand the human mind and provide support to those in emotional distress led me to pursue a career as a registered psychotherapist-qualifying. I embarked on a journey of education and training, dedicating myself to acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge to make a meaningful difference in the mental well-being of others. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. From anxiety and depression to relationship issues, addiction and self-discovery, I approach each client with a personalized and holistic perspective.

Using an array of different interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, as well as Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and more I can provide each client with a treatment plan that is suitable to their own needs. As a therapist, it is important to me that each client feels safe and comfortable in a non-judgmental and unbiased environment, which I believe I can provide. By creating a therapeutic relationship based on trust, security and humour (when applicable) together we can navigate towards a brighter and more fulfilling future.
